1. Pin position 

Attach the starting point to both sides of the tyre before closing the zipper. Check that the starting point is properly attached before you begin to close the zipper.

2. Stretch 

While closing the zipper, stretch the skin a bit to make sure it fits perfectly. Alternate between the sides while you close the zippers to reduce the resistance. The skin should meet itself at the end.

3. Puller 

Finally, when the skin is installed, remember to close the puller into the locked position to secure it.

1.  Prise off the tyre from the rim.

2. Take out the flat inner tube. Cut it.

3. Inflate Easy tube slightly.

4. Insert valve into rim hole and position tube.

5. Check that the joints of the tube is linked closely.

6. Put the tyre back into the rim and check air pressure.

Installation Instructions

  1. Inspect the rim for sharp protrusions and sharp edges and file to smoothness if necessary.
  2. Inspect the tire for any cuts or objects protruding through the tyre. 
  3. Be sure the rim strip covers all spoke ends completely. 
  4. Mount one side of the tyre on the rim. 
  5. Inflate the tube slightly (just enough to hold the tube into shape).
  6. Insert valve into the rim hole and position the tube inside the tyre. 
  7. Make sure that the tube is not twisted around it self after it is seated in the rim,to prevent tube rupture. 
  8. Mount the second side of the tyre on the rim using only your thumbs (or a tyre lever). Do NOT use a screwdriver or any sharp tools. 
  9. Partially inflate the tyre and check that the sides of the tyre are evenly seated around the rim. 
  10. Inflate the tire to proper pressure (marked on the tire sidewall) using a bicycle pump.

What is the difference between a regular tube and Easy Tube?

Easy Tube is a non-continuous tube that allows cutting and easier implementation, without having to remove the wheel. Besides of that, Easy Tube functions the same as any other regular tube, it is made out of same materials, has the same walls.
