Works great but some trouble getting set up

I bought the winter tire package, and had no trouble installing the main tire to the wheel. However, the zip on winter tires are quite a bit broader than regular tires, which caused problems with the mudguard. I had to make quite a lot of adjustments to get the wheel to spin freely.

Now that I’ve gotten it installed properly everything works great, however. Been biking trough snow and ice with no troubles.
